Good selection of Patagonia apparel and a lot of it was on sale! We usually visit the Dover location but glad that we stopped at the Plaistow location. All the salespeople were very friendly. My wife and I will definitely be back!

Good selection and helpful staff! Pricing is very good, better than some online retailers which is nice considering they have to maintain a storefront. Their clearance is also good. Appreciate they represent some local brands like BRUNT and others.

I went in looking for a good pair of work boots on a budget. Josh helped me find the right boots for me. I love Red’s but Josh took it to the next level when it came to customer service. It felt as if I was getting fitted for a suit with how he treated me and helping me find the right pair. Kept every option in my price range, brought out multiple pairs and different sizes for the right fit, and made sure I was happy with my choice. Hopefully management sees this because that man deserves a raise!!!
